Terms of Service
Last updated June 1, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Reclaim (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What Reclaim is — and isn't
Reclaim is a self-help information tool. It reads a medical bill or insurance document you provide, compares charges to public benchmark data (such as CMS Medicare rates and NCCI coding rules), flags potential errors or overcharges, and can draft a dispute letter for you to review and send yourself.
Reclaim is not a law firm, medical provider, insurance company, or financial advisor, and it does not provide legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. Using Reclaim does not create an attorney-client relationship. Reclaim does not act on your behalf and does not contact your provider, insurer, or any third party for you — you decide what to send and you send it.
2. Your responsibilities
Findings are estimates generated by software and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every finding, for any document or letter you choose to send, and for ensuring the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. Do not rely on Reclaim as a substitute for professional advice.
3. No guarantee of results
Reclaim does not guarantee that you will recover money, that any charge is in fact an error, or that a dispute will succeed. Savings figures are conservative estimates for informational purposes only.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reclaim and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of money, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or US $100.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reclaim and its operators from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, any document or letter you send, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Dispute resolution & arbitration
Any dispute relating to the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and you and Reclaim waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
